The Madison has several upgrades including custom finish work and lighting.
	The kitchen features Knotty Alder cabinets with a Royal Oak stain. The high definition countertops, tile backsplash and integrated sink are additional upgraded items as is the apothecary cabinet. The corner pantry offers plenty of storage.
